The Middle of Nowhere Diner is located, as the name suggest, in the middle of nowhere. My husband Isaac and I discovered it on our way back from a hike at Step Stone Falls. Yesterday, I wrote about the Next to Nowhere Creamery, a place that serves delicious ice cream. It is located right next door to the diner and offers the perfect dessert to top off a great meal.
Middle of Nowhere Diner
The diner is located at 222 Nooseneck Hill Road, Exeter, RI 02822. It is a great place for a delicious meal that serves breakfast all day (except for Friday after 5 PM). They also serve their other options all day long and they have a great selection. Please find the menu below:
About the Middle of Nowhere Diner
The diner is owned by Christos Kirios, who works in the kitchen six days a week because it sends a message to the employees that the owner is involved. The place itself is simple and has a nostalgic diner vibe – something that I had been searching for ever since moving to the USA! The servers are all extremely friendly and make you feel right at home.
They are currently open for dine-in as well as take out. It was quite busy when we visited last Sunday at 11 AM. We had to wait a bit before we were seated but it was worth waiting. They were very attentive despite the many take-out orders that were being prepared. All staff wore masks and made sure that everyone was social distancing before they were seated. This was our third time at the Middle of Nowhere Diner but it won’t be the last! Just like with Next to Nowhere Creamery, I am working on getting some history to add to this article!
