The Product
Okay yes, the company is great and the founder is cool, but what about the cream cheese? Well… it’s delicious! Spero Foods cream cheese is amazing because of the flavors! They are all rich and tasty, each one is significantly different and it’s better than any other nut or dairy cream cheese I’ve ever tried. I love that they have all the expected flavors but also the rare ones like strawberry and chocolate.
Finally, as you can see, the prices are also amazing. I bought the 8-flavor variety pack which has been wrecking havoc on my diet. This isn’t because these cream cheeses are unhealthy. They are actually pretty great with only 80 calories per serving. But when it’s this delicious, you tend to have a second serving if not a third and sometimes even a fourth.
Ingredients
The main ingredient in Spero Foods cream cheese is sunflower seeds. This makes these healthier as well as more eco-friendly than other nut and dairy cheeses. But they also only contain a total of six ingredients! They keep it simple with just organic sunflower seeds, water, coconut oil, salt, spices and probiotic cultures!
Summary
Spero Food’s Vegan Cheese is delicious! The flavors are all so different and on top of everything else, it is really well priced! The only reason I haven’t ordered more yet, is because I am trying to eat less calories. This stuff is so addictive and poses a major threat to diets because it is too good not to devour.
