Two Blind Brothers is one of the fastest-growing cause-based companies in the United States, if not worldwide. During the holiday season, we finally decided to see what all the hype was about. We purchased the cheapest blind gift on their website to start off with. The concept behind the store is that you are shopping blind. Two Blind Brothers: Who Are They?

The company was created by Bradford and Bryan Manning. They started Two Blind Brothers to make the softest clothing and gifts in the world and to help the blind community by donating 100% of the profits back to research for eye disease through Foundation Fighting Blindness. Bradford and Bryan also hire blind workers through organizations like Industries for the Blind to make our items. They both have an eye condition called Stargardt’s disease.

So basically, Two Blind Brothers allows customers to shop blind for items that are created by the blind and the profits go to research for the blind. The cause itself is a good enough reason to make a purchase. But if it helps, the clothing really is incredibly soft and high quality. Our $28 purchase turned out to be four pairs of super soft high quality socks. My husband claimed them right away and I don’t see him going back to his bulk-purchased Wallmart socks ever again.

Don’t Like Surprises? No problem

I loved the whole “shop blind” concept, but not everyone wants to spend their hard-earned money if they don’t know what they will get. First of all, I’d like to reassure you that if you do take the chance, you can return your item for free and get your money back with no questions asked. The return label comes with your purchase. However, since this is for a good cause, I couldn’t imagine returning it. If I didn’t have a need for the socks, I’d simply re-gift them. But that’s just me!
