This past weekend I got the sweetest (literally) gift ever! I was expecting one of the many Amazon purchases that seem to be never-ending due to our recent move. Instead of a boring yet necessary household item, I opened up a box that smelled like coffee and sugar! There was a sweet personalized message, three sampler bags of coffee and some sweet treats to boot.
I already have various go-to places to buy coffee. Our regular go to is Peet’s Coffee, which is cheap yet delicious and a great coffee to have at home when you want something a reliable classic flavor. But I like to mix it up with Bones Coffee and I have a few bags from Coffee Over Cardio on their way right now. So I really didn’t need any new coffee in my life… but one sip of Jamaican Me Crazy had me Googling because I just HAD to have more of this delicious blend with flavors of Kahlua and cream.
About The Meeting Place Coffee
The Meeting Place Coffee is an Etsy store and they sell amazing gift baskets for all sort of different occasions. They have simple affordable ones starting at $26 and fancier ones with more to taste for as much as $150 for a custom basket. It is also a physical Gourmet Coffee House & Bakery in Lima, Ohio. They sell the blend that made me crazy, just as the name suggests, for $12.94 for 12 oz of either whole beans or ground. That makes it cheaper than both Bones Coffee and Coffee Over Cardio!
There doesn’t seem to be too much information about the coffee house on their website but they do have some information on famous visitors! These include Tim Daly of Wings and Madame Secretary, Phil Koeghan from The Amazing Race, Stephen Baldwin, Hal Holbrook and a few other! Read more about that here.

While I couldn’t find too much information about the company itself, the coffee speaks for itself. I will be ordering some full-sized Jamaican Me Crazy along with samplers of their other flavors. According to their Etsy page, the most popular flavors are:

- Guatemalan Antigua – full bodied, medium Guatemalan roast
- Highlander Grog – butterscotch with a kick
