I love smoothies but I hate the mess, wasted food and taking out the large blender – that’s where kencko can make life simpler! Basically, they grinds up fruits and veggies into a powder that comes in compostable single-serving packets. They don’t use any preservatives or even artificial coloring and the smoothies are beautiful, delicious and healthy! We’ve been experimenting with a lot of different quicker food options and meal kits and out of all of the ones we tried, we think that kencko is the only one we will use regularly. Now that we’ve tried it, we honestly can’t imagine our lives without kencko!

Flavors
There are so many fruits and veggies out there and kencko takes advantage of them all to create an extensive selection of flavors. I have tried one of each that I received and I didn’t hate a single one. My least favorite is probably the golds, but I’d have trouble telling you my favorite. They are all really tasty and so different. I guess if I had to pick I’d say the greens are the best. I’d also like to point that I drink them with water, not milk!
How it Works & Cost
This is a subscription but it is super flexible. You can cancel any time and you can change the delivery date as needed. To sign up you first tell them your zip code. Then you pick how many you want to receive. The choices are 7 smoothies ($5.29 per smoothie), 20 smoothies ($2.99 per smoothie) or 60 smoothies ($2.29 per smoothie.) Since we are two people and we’re super busy right now, we went with 60. Next, we could un-select any flavors that we didn’t want. We went with some of everything! Then boom, a few days later we had our smoothies and two free kencko bottles!
Summary
Ever since we got our kencko box (see the unboxing video below), we’ve been obsessed. All the smoothies are delicious just mixed with water – I can’t imagine how great they taste with milk. I’ll probably end up trying it out but I prefer to save on the calories. The packets alone are just 80 calories! Even though these are powdered and come in packets, the final smoothies are not just juice. There are bits of fruit in them too and they have a surprisingly thick consistency. Our only complaint is that these bottles don’t come with shaker balls to help break up the powder – but you can get these for very cheap on Amazon. Otherwise, we love kencko and will keep using the subscription indefinitely!
